The studio provides a wide range of classes and camps for students of all ages, from children to adults. The environment is designed to foster experimentation and discovery, with dedicated rooms for drawing, painting, sculpture, and ceramics, as well as an art library and an immersive play space. The studio aims to provide a sanctuary and a laboratory for creative living, encouraging students to explore and grow their artistic talents.
The founder, Marina Shterenberg, brings a wealth of experience and passion to the studio. With a background that includes artistic roots in Ukraine and teaching at Parsons School of Design, Marina’s vision shapes the studio’s approach. She focuses on providing individualized instruction by keeping class sizes small, allowing projects to be tailored to the specific ability and preference of each student. Her goal is to help every student, regardless of their confidence level, to achieve their unique style and artistry.
For over 15 years, the studio has been a hub for art classes, camps, workshops, and private events. All necessary materials and supplies are provided for classes, creating a convenient and welcoming atmosphere for all participants. The curriculum is diverse, with programs running throughout the year, including after-school classes, camps, and specific workshops like Abstract Painting Therapy.
